As of December 6, 2024, the Blair Pharmacy transferred its retail pharmacy business to Colby Pharmacy in Whitehall, WI. 

The staff of the Blair Pharmacy is thankful for the opportunity to fulfill the community's retail prescription needs over the last 30 years.

We continue to provide prescription services for long-term care and assisted living patients in the Blair and surrounding communities.
